Security Services:

Unarmed: Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to refund prepaid services not yet performed. Deposits are non-refundable once staffing is scheduled.

Armed: Due to licensing, insurance, and NY regulatory requirements, all fees and deposits are non-refundable once personnel are scheduled or deployed.

Event/Contracted Services: Refunds governed by the signed service agreement.
Website Booking: Submission of a booking request does not guarantee staffing until confirmed. By submitting, you agree to these Terms and the applicable service agreement.
Liability: To the fullest extent under NY law, Reaper Protective Services LLC is not liable for damages from use of the website or services. Nothing limits liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
Third-Party Links: Links to other sites are for convenience only. Reaper Protective Services LLC is not responsible for third-party content.
Privacy: Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
