Unarmed Security Services

 

 

Fees for unarmed security services already rendered are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service to be eligible for a refund of fees for services not yet performed. Cancellations made with less notice may result in no refund. Deposits for unarmed services are non-refundable once staffing has been scheduled.

 

 

Armed Security Services

 

 

Due to licensing, insurance, regulatory compliance, and staffing requirements under New York law, all deposits and fees for armed security services are non-refundable once personnel are scheduled or deployed, regardless of whether services are partially or fully performed. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after scheduling.

 

 

Event & Contracted Services

 

 

Refunds for event-based or contracted services are governed by the terms of the applicable written service agreement.

 

 

Service Concerns

 

 

Any concerns regarding service quality must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion. If a refund or service credit is deemed appropriate, it will be issued at the company’s discretion.

 

 

New York Contract Clauses

 

 

• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of this policy shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

• Severability: If any provision of this policy is found unenforceable under New York law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

• Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
